About us

LitComTraining Service (LTS) provides: ·        

  • Experienced consultation and customised training on-site, specifically designed to accommodate change and improved practice in the workplace through development of more effective communication skills including language, literacy and numeracy skills.

  • Customised courses to fit the needs of a specific workplace. Training can be aligned with and support some Units of Competency of Training Packages and can develop underpinning language, literacy, numeracy and general workplace communication skills needed to fully benefit from industry-related training. 

  •  Basic computer training. If you have multimedia computers, we have the expertise to facilitate training involving use and customisation of multimedia software.

  • Training videos and e-learning resources for Industry-specific workplace training

  •  Learning Management System (Moodle) development and administration of online courses

  • Team-building - Accredited DiSC© Behaviour Profile Facilitation for workplace team-building based on the DiSC© Dimensions of Behaviour.

We have over ten years experience in the management and delivery of WELL (Workplace English Language & Literacy) government-funded training programs. We assist organisations with applications for WELL funding.

Di van Santen (Wilson)

Litcom Training Service is managed and owned by Di van Santen (Wilson), a specialist workplace consultant, project manager, trainer and instructional designer who has worked in Australia and overseas. She has the following qualifications:

  • BA Degree (English & Psychology),                                              

  • Graduate Diploma in Senior Education

  • Graduate Certificate in T.E.S.O.L. (ESL-English Second Language & Adult Education),    

  • Graduate Certificate in Interactive Multimedia Technologies,                

  • Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training.
